In order to serve you better, we are CLOSED from 9:00am to 10:30am on the FIRST WEDNESDAY of every month for our ALL-STAFF MEETING.

GUEST INFORMATION

  • SCHEDULING - We understand that your free time is precious, therefore we recommend you reserve your appointments in advance. Weekends and holidays book up quickly; to avoid disappointment we suggest you schedule these appointments 2-3 weeks in advance. However, don't hesitate to call for last minute appointments, as we will do our best to accommodate you!
  • CONFIRMATION CALLS - As a courtesy, we try to call and confirm your appointment a business day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to call or reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid late arrivals and/or missed appointments.
  • ARRIVING - Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure plenty of time to complete any paperwork, allow you to change clothes, secure your personal items, and to take a moment to relax and decompress in our spa lounge with a complimentary glass of wine or herbal tea.
  • CANCELLATIONS - Due to the personalized nature of our services, we begin preparing for your appointment well in advance of your arrival. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments.
  • LATE ARRIVALS - Thank you for honoring your appointment time. Your service times may be shortened to accommodate late arrivals in order to honor the appointments of our other guests. However, in some cases it may be necessary to reschedule your services.
  • MISSED APPOINTMENTS - In the event that you miss three consecutive appointments without contacting our Call Center, you will be unable to schedule future appointments. However, you may be considered as a walk-in guest or we will be happy to add you to our cancellation list.
  • PRE-BOOKING - Due to high client demand, we recommend that our guests pre-schedule their next service prior to leaving the salon for best availability.
  • CHILDREN - Due to the presence of extreme heat, chemical products and professional equipment, as well as those who are here to relax, we do not feel our salon or spa is a safe place for unsupervised children. Thank you for your thoughtfulness to all our guests by bringing your children in for their appointments only.
  • CELL PHONE POLICY - We understand the desire to keep in touch. However, in consideration of all of our guests, we strongly request that all cell phones be switched to vibrate or silent. We also request that cell phone conversations during your appointment time may be limited to those of an urgent or emergency nature.
  • NON-SMOKING - Thank you for not smoking in our natural salon and spa environment.
  • EXTENSIONS & CHI services are non-refundable without a 48-hour cancellation notice.
  • SPA ATTIRE - Robes, towels and slippers are provided for your use during your spa visit. We recommend wearing something comfortable to leave in.
  • PERSONAL VALUABLES - Valuable itemsshould be left at home, as we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.
  • HEALTH CONSIDERATIONS - Please inform us of any medical conditions or special needs prior to your service. Skin care procedures, massage, chemical and waxing services have specific contraindications related to pregnancy and prescription drugs.
  • EXPECTANT MOTHERS - We highly recommend that you consult with your doctor prior to your salon or spa visit.
  • LARGE PARTIES - Pre-payment is required for parties of four or more.
  • SERIES PACKAGES are NOT gift cards. They have been pre-discounted and may be redeemed for the purchased series ONLY. Series may NOT be used in combination with other offers.
  • GIFT CARDS - Make an impression with your friends and loved ones! Gift Cards may be easily purchased at our Front Desk or via phone at 405-340-1700. Cottonwood is not responsible for lost or misplaced Gift Cards.
  • RETURNS - Gift Cards and Series sales are final. However, products and/or gift items may be returned within 10 days of purchase for a refund; after 10 days returns will be issued a boutique credit.
  • WE ACCEPT cash, personal checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Cottonwood Gift Cards.
