- Pre-payment is required for parties of four or more, Extensions and Chi services and are non-refundable without a 48-hour cancellation notice.
- SERIES packages are NOT gift cards. They have been pre-discounted and may be redeemed for the purchased series ONLY. Series may NOT be used in combination with other offers.

Preparing for your Appointment
- Thank you for honoring your appointment time. Fifteen minutes late or more may require that we abbreviate or reschedule your appointment in order to honor the appointments of our other guests. 24-hour cancellation notice is required for all appointments.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure plenty of time to complete any paperwork, allow you to change clothes, secure your personal items, and to take a moment to relax and decompress in our spa lounge with a complimentary glass of wine.
