We have developed our own in-house training and education programs that are now duplicated across the country. Our new hires are hand-picked from the best national schools. Already State Licensed and Board Certified professionals, they must complete Cottonwood's own extensive and rigorous 12-month training program to insure quality, consistency and "Daymaker" service for our guests. Further,our team must continue their education process throughout their careers.
