Professionalism & Training
We employ only the most technically-superior State Licensed and Board Certified professionals in each of our four departments: hair, skin care, massage, and nails.
We have developed our own in-house training and education programs that are now duplicated across the country. Our new hires are hand-picked from the best national schools. Already State Licensed and Board Certified professionals, they must complete Cottonwood's own extensive and rigorous 12-month training program to insure quality, consistency and "Daymaker" service for our guests. Further,our team must continue their education process throughout their careers.

Cottonwood requires every licensed designer that we hire to train and test-out of our own rigid training program of more than 45 advanced classes before they advance to the floor.

Designer Promotions
Only 1 in 100 beauty school graduates survive 5 years in our demanding industry. We are delighted and proud to reward our designers for their presistent efforts and profesional drive. Like other professionals, with advanced training and growing client demand, our designers earn price increases.

- 24-hour cancellation notice required for all appointments.
- Due to high client demand, we recommend that our guests pre-schedule their next service prior to leaving the salon for best availability.
- Thank you for honoring your appointment time. Fifteen minutes late or more may require that we abbreviate or reschedule your appointment in order to honor the appointments of our other guests.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure plenty of time to complete any paperwork, allow you to change clothes, secure your personal items, and to take a moment to relax and decompress in our spa lounge with a complimentary glass of wine or herbal tea.
- Thank you for your thoughtfulness to all our guests by bringing your children in for their appointments only.
- Thank you for not smoking in our natural salon and spa environment.
- Extensions and Chi services are non-refundable without a 48-hour cancellation notice.
- SERIES packages are NOT gift cards. They have been pre-discounted and may be redeemed for the purchased series ONLY. Series may NOT be used in combination with other offers.
- Pre-payment is required for parties of four or more.

Therefore, Series Packages are exclusively for the specific person for which they are purchased, and may not be shared or purchased for large parties, etc.
